June 15th Update
As we previously informed you, our Club has been closed for more than two months complying with the instructions given by the Federal, State and Local Health authorities that decided to close all hotels in the destination as a measure to keep Los Cabos Tourists safe as well as our staff because they are the people that make possible that every time you come to Los Cabos can have pleasant and memorable Vacations.
On June 1st, Los Cabos started an economic reactivation phase where some industries such as construction and mining came back to their activities, for which specific prevention and care protocols have been created to help prevent a new outbreak.
In regards to Tourism activity, as I mentioned in a previous email, we have been working closely with the State Health authorities, Time Share Associations, Los Cabos Tourism Board that has designed a great plan for the destination and of course with the local Hotel Association in a common strategy for the touristic reactivation of Los Cabos allowing us to come back to our activities in the best and safest way because first of all we want to make sure that the destination is prepared to welcome you and once you are with us in our Club, our objective is to provide you the same level of service or an even better one.
Last June 11th the Governor of Baja California Sur announced the gradually reactivation of the Touristic activity in Los Cabos staring on the third week of June; therefore, while you read this message, a crew of our staff is working on maintenance and reconditioning actions at the hotel, so I’m very happy to inform you our re opening date will be July 1st. We will keep an open communication channel with local authorities to comply with their recommendations.
The final details of our own hygiene and security protocols are being adjusted, having in mind a strong commitment to provide you the peace of mind and safety during your stay based in 4 pillars:

- Reduced Contact & Improved communication - Implementation of technology to have a better and improved communication with you pre stay, during and after your stay.

- Nurturing the “New Normal” – Everything related with the measures we will adopt in our Restaurants and other Food and Beverages services.
