Terms and conditions
Requirements to rent a vehicle from TEN Car Rental:
- Valid Driver License.
- Official photo I.D. with signature.
- Passport (if foreigner).
- Credit Card with sufficient available balance to guarantee deposit for the rental of the vehicle.
The aforementioned documents must be in the name of the person who will be the signatory on the rental contract. Must be at least 25 years of age. For drivers between the ages of 21-24 years, additional charges will apply. Additional drivers, whether Mexican or foreign, shall present Official photo I.D. with signature as well as valid driver license. Additional Ten Car Rental T&C will be mentioned at the time of check in.
Flexible cancellation up to 7 days prior to the arrival date. After this period, the payment corresponding to 1 night in the reserved rate applies. From December 17 to 31, 2023 applies: Flexible cancellation up to 30 days prior to the arrival date. After this period, the payment corresponding to the total amount (100%) of the reserved stay applies.
